Hours
Open Monday ~ Saturday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm,
CST by Appointment Only.
Cake Flavors
Include, but not limited to, White Almond,
Butter Yellow, Milk Chocolate, Dark
Chocolate, Red Velvet, Strawberry, Lemon,
Pineapple, Banana, Carrot, Cappuccino,
Butter Pound, Lemon Pound, and Chocolate
Pound cake. Ingredient lists can be provided
by mail upon request.
Icing Flavors
Include, but not limited to, Vanilla Butter
cream, White Almond Butter cream, Milk
Chocolate, Fudge Chocolate, Mocha, Cream
Cheese, Poured Almond Fondant, Rolled
Fondant, and Chocolate Ganache’.
Fillings
Include, but not limited to, Butter cream,
Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Pineapple,
Bavarian Cream, Mocha Cream, and Cream
Cheese.
Cookie Cakes
Are made of Sugar, Chocolate Chip (without
nuts),Double Chocolate-Chocolate Chip, and
Peanut Butter, either single layer or in a
double layer. They are decorated with
vanilla butter cream and milk or fudge
chocolate icings.
Cookie Pops
and Bokays
These are in the same flavors as in cookie
cakes above. The Cookie Bokays are sugar
cookies in various shapes and decorated with
almond fondant. They can be in combination
with the other flavor cookies wrapped in
colored cello. The Cookie Pops are
individually shaped and decorated sugar
cookies on a stick or they can be same
flavors as above and wrapped in colored
cello paper. All are trimmed with streams of
curl ribbon. Cookie Bokay containers will
vary due to availability.

Please order early and beat the rush. These
specials cannot be used in combination with
any other special.
Ordering –
Cancellations
Prices are given upon request. For most
orders, please order 7 to 10 days in
advance. Orders can be phoned in or ordered
through this website via email.
Dessert-of-the-Month Club is ordered for 3-,
6-, or 9-consecutive months, or for a 12
month period, starting in any month. When
ordered 8 or more weeks in advance, a 25%
down payment is required on all wedding,
anniversary, and other high cost orders.
When these are ordered less than 8 weeks
before function, a pro-rated scale will be
used for calculating a higher down payment.
Balances may be paid out in a layaway plan.
However, all balances must be paid in full
two weeks prior to function. All equipment
deposit fees are paid separately. This
deposit fee will be refunded in full, when
all equipment is returned no later than
three days after function, in good working
order, and clean of debris. If any
cancellations are made after monies are paid
on account, a pro-rated refund will be
mailed to recipient within 30 days after
cancellation. Delivery is available, but
costs extra.
Methods of
Payment
Out of town internet orders may be paid
through Pay Pal using major credit cards or
bank transfers for a small user fee. Cash,
money orders, cashier’s checks and approved
local checks are also accepted.
